Living with Hope and Purpose
“God, who began a good work in you, will bring it to completion on the day of Jesus Christ.” Philippians 1:6
“And let us not neglect meeting together, as some have made a habit, but let us encourage one another, and all the more as you see the Day approaching.” Hebrews 10:25
Created For God and One Another
We are made by God, created to know God and enjoy God forever. And we are social beings, created for togetherness. But things have broken down. We need the gospel to restore us to fellowship with God and we need healthy patterns of living, especially healthy social patterns with others to flourish in life. Our Men's Ministry is honest about the things that pull us away from God and one another, isolate us, and make life harder and less joyful than it has to be. Living Intentionally, Serving, Growing, Embracing The Call to Discipleship, all of these and more are part of the Christ-centered life we can enjoy.
Service Opportunities
Men serve at our weekly Wednesday evening Community Meal and in many other roles.
Quarterly Dinners
Once a quarter during a weekday evening, we’ll gather for a great meal, listen to a guest speaker share his story, and enjoy a time of fellowship with other men. Bring a friend! The food will be terrific, the testimony real, and the fellowship encouraging. You’ll leave feeling uplifted and connected! Also, the first overnight Men's Lenten Retreat will be held March 14-16, 2025,Friday night to Sunday noon at the Jesuit Retreat Center in Parma, led by Mark Pruitt and Dave Scavuzzo. The theme is "More Confidence, Not More Religiosity." Come and be renewed and be part of a core leadership team at St. Paul's. Call the front desk to register 330-836-9327. Or register online. Brochures will be mailed in January but are aleady available at the front desk.
