Mitzvah Day

Sunday, June 13, 2010

“A mitzvah can be described as the action and force that expresses the spiritual world of God in the physical world of man.” - Rabbi Osher Chaim Levene

Mitzvah Day 2010 is just around the corner.  Save the date – Sunday, June 13th – and sign up to participate in one of the many and varied activities around the Akron community that day.  St. Paul’s will be joining forces once again with Temple Israel, the Unitarian Universalist Church of Akron, St. Vincent/St. Mary’s, Fairlawn United Church of Christ, and First Congregational of Akron, to do good deeds all over town.

Let’s get as many people to join us this year as we can.  Invite your friends from St. Paul’s, invite your friends from other congregations, and sign up to do a good deed for our community.  All ages are welcome!
